Cystopteris laurentiana (Weatherby) Blasdell. Common name: Laurentian Fragile Fern. Habitat: Calcareous cliffs and ledges. Distribution: NL west to ON, south to MA, PA, n. IL, and e. IA.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: This allohexaploid species is derived from C. bulbifera × fragilis. Its genome can be symbolized as BBHHRR.
