Eysenhardtia texana Scheele. Common name: Kidneywood, Beebrush, Vara Dulce. Phenology: Mar-Nov. Habitat: Grasslands, chaparral on limestone hillsides. Distribution: TX south to c. Mexico.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
