Leiphaimos parasitica Schlechtendal & Chamisso. Common name: Ghost-plant. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Rockland hammocks, sinkholes. Distribution: S. peninsular FL; West Indies; Mexico and Central America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = Bah, S, SFla; = Voyria parasitica (Schltdl. & Cham.) Ruyters & Maas — Fl5, FNA14, K4, Meso4.1, Mex, WH3, Albert & Struwe (1997), Gomes et al (2022), Maas & Ruyters (1986), Merckx et al (2013). Basionym: Leiphaimos parasitica Schltdl. & Cham. 1831
