Leitneria pilosa J.A. Schrader & W.R. Graves ssp. pilosa. Common name: Texas Corkwood. Phenology: Feb-Mar. Habitat: Brackish and freshwater swamps, thickets, and marshes. Distribution: Endemic to se. TX (Brazoria, Chambers, Fort bend, Harris, Jefferson, and Matagorda counties).
