Hibiscus dasycalyx S.F. Blake & Shiller. Common name: Neches River Hibiscus. Phenology: Mid Jun-mid Aug. Habitat: Alluvial marshes. Distribution: Endemic to e. TX (Cherokee, Harrison, Houston, and Trinity counties).
