Bouteloua barbata Lagasca y Segura var. barbata. Common name: Sixweeks Grama. Phenology: Apr-Nov. Habitat: Dry grasslands in sandy soils, disturbed areas. Distribution: KS to CA, south to e. and s. TX, NM, AZ, and Mexico; South America.
