Piriqueta viridis Small. Rockland Piriqueta. Hab: Pine rocklands, pine flatwoods, other pinelands. Dist: S. Florida, apparently extending northward to mid-peninsular FL, and (at least as introgressants with P. caroliniana) to n. FL; West Indies.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Needing additional taxonomic study.
