Stipulicida lacerata (C.W. James) D.B. Poindexter, K.E. Bennett, & Weakley. Common name: Florida Wireplant. Phenology: May-Aug. Habitat: Xeric sands of longleaf pine sandhills, dry pine flatwoods, maritime forests. Distribution: Ne. FL south to s. FL; Cuba (Isla de la Juventud).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
