*Kerria japonica (Linnaeus) A.P. de Candolle. Common name: Kerria, Japanese-rose. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Woodland borders, suburban woodlands. Distribution: Native of China. Reported as escaping in Clark County, AR (Serviss et al. 2017).

Origin/Endemic status: E. and se. Asia

Taxonomy Comments: Single, "doubled", and "plenum" forms are cultivated.
