*Marsilea quadrifolia Linnaeus. European Waterclover. Phen: Jun-Dec. Hab: Shallow water of artificial impoundments. Dist: Native of Europe and Asia. Sold in garden stores as an aquatic to be grown in water gardens, and likely to be encountered more widely in the future.
