Hypericum tetrapetalum Lamarck. Phen: Jan-Apr and Jul-Sep. Hab: Wet pinelands and in depressional wetlands (open or dominated by Taxodium ascendens). Dist: E. GA (within a few counties of se. SC), south to s. FL, west to Panhandle FL; Cuba. Reports from SC are based on misidentifications (K. Bradley, pers.comm., 2021).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy: = Fl2, FNA6, GW2, K1, K3, K4, WH3, Adams (1962), Godfrey (1988), Robson (1996); = Ascyrum tetrapetalum (Lam.) Vail – S, S13
