Scutellaria mellichampii Small. Common name: Mellichamp's Skullcap. Phenology: Early Jul-Sep. Habitat: Sandy deciduous forests on river bluffs, maritime hammocks. Distribution: C. and e. SC south to e. GA; disjunct in c. and ne. AL.
