Fleischmannia incarnata (Walter) King & H. Robinson. Common name: Pink Thoroughwort, Pink Eupatorium. Phenology: Late Aug-Oct. Habitat: Nutrient-rich, moist to dry, forests and woodlands over diabase, limestone, coquina limestone, or other basic rocks, or on rich alluvium. Distribution: Se. Virginia west to West Virginia, s. Ohio, s. Indiana, s. Illinois, s. Missouri, and e. Oklahoma, south to w. peninsular Florida, Panhandle Florida, s. Texas, and e. Mexico (Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Veracruz), the distribution oddly semi-fragmented.
