Neottia Guettard. Twayblade.

Key to Neottia

A genus of about 60 species, mycotrophic or autotrophic herbs, of northern Eurasia and North America. Our species, all autotrophs with a pair of green leaves on the stem, have been traditionally treated in the genus Listera, but it appears to be phylogenetically embedded in the fully mycotrophic Neottia (Peng et al. (2022).
