Uvularia sessilifolia Linnaeus. Section: Oakesiella. Straw-lily, Wild-oats, Merrybells. Phen: Late Mar-early May; Aug-Oct. Hab: Moist hardwood forests, on slopes and mainly in bottomlands. Dist: NS west to ND, south to Panhandle FL and n. LA and e. TX.
