Prosartes lanuginosa (Michaux) D. Don. Yellow Mandarin, Yellow Fairybells. Phen: Apr-May; Aug-Sep. Hab: Deciduous forests, especially coves. Dist: Primarily an Appalachian species: NY and s. ON south to n. GA (Jones & Coile 1988) and AL; disjunct in the Interior Highlands of AR.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy: = Ar, FNA26, K1, K3, K4, NY, Tn, Va, Shinwari et al (1994); = Disporum lanuginosum (Michx.) G.Nicholson – C, F, G, Pa, RAB, S, S13, W, WV, Johnson (1968)
