Nabalus cylindricus Small. Cylindrical Rattlesnake-root, Appalachian Rattlesnake-root. Phen: Aug-Oct. Hab: Mountain forests, grassy balds, at moderate to high elevations. Dist: Sw. VA south to w. NC and e. TN.
