ID notes:It is most distinct in its glabrate inflorescences and leaves and its 15-20 stamens with pink to rose anthers.
Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
Taxonomy Comments: Related to C. alleghaniensis Beadle, and possibly a form of it, but C. ignava is more frequently seen across our area.
