Aristida condensata Chapman. Common name: Big Three-awn. Phenology: Aug-Oct. Habitat: Sand barrens, dry, sandy soils of longleaf pine sandhills, sandy pine rocklands of s. FL. Distribution: Sc. NC south to s. FL, west to s. MS (Sorrie & Leonard 1999).
