Elymus hirsutiglumis Lamson-Scribner. Phenology: Early Jul-mid Aug. Habitat: Moist, base rich soil in open forests and thickets, especially on rocky, sandy, or gravelly banks of larger streams. Distribution: ME to NE, south to NC and OK.
