Rumex chrysocarpos Moris. Section: Axillares. Amamastla Dock. Phen: Jul-Sep. Hab: Swamps, disturbed wet areas. Dist: Panhandle FL (where possibly not native?) and se. LA west to TX and ne. Mexico (TAM). Recently discovered in s. AL (Mobile County) (H. Horne, pers. comm., 2018).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = K4; = Rumex chrysocarpus Moris – Fl4, FNA5, K3, Mex, Tx, WH3, orthographic variant; > Rumex berlandieri Meisn. – S13; > Rumex langloisii Small – S13
