Euphorbia discoidalis Chapman. Summer Spurge. Hab: Longleaf pine sandhills, shortleaf pine woodlands in the Interior Highlands. Dist: E. and c. GA (or e. SC?) south and west to Panhandle FL and e. TX; disjunct in Ouachita Mountains of sw. AR (Theo Witsell, pers. comm., 2019).
Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
Taxonomy Comments: Park (1998) included in the synonymy of E. discoidalis the entity E. corollata var. angustifolia Elliott, which has a stated type locality in e. SC.
