*Linum perenne Linnaeus. Perennial Flax. Phen: Mar-Aug. Hab: Disturbed areas. Dist: Native of Europe. Cultivated and "rarely naturalized along roadsides" in scattered locations in PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993; Rhoads & Block 2007) and reported tentatively for VA (Kartesz 1999).

Origin/Endemic status: Europe

Synonymy: = FNA12, Il, K1, K3, K4, Mi, NE, NY, Pa; = Linum perenne L. var. perenne – GrPl; < Linum perenne L. – C
