Tragia Linnaeus. Noseburn.

Key to Tragia

A genus of about 170 species, herbs and shrubs, of tropical to warm temperate regions of the Old and New Worlds. Molecular and morphological studies suggest that section Leptobotrys (T. smallii and T. urens) should be accorded generic rank (Cardinal-McTeague & Gillespie 2016; Urtecho in FNA 2016).
