Hab: Calcareous and mafic fens and seepages; saturated meadows and fields over limestone, dolomite, or mafic rocks; depressions in upland prairies. Dist: NL (Newfoundland) west to MN, south to nw. NC (Ashe Co. and Alleghany Co.), nw. AR, and MO.
