Key to Dysphania

A genus of about 32 species, annual and perennial herbs, nearly cosmopolitan, mostly in the tropics, subtropics, and warm temperate areas. The exclusion of Dysphania from Chenopodium and its placement in a separate tribe (Dysphanieae) is strongly supported (Fuentes-Bazan, Mansion, & Borsch 2012; Kadereit et al. 2010; Uotila et al. 2021). The classification of sections follows Uotila et al. (2021).
